We live in a little lake community. Say what you will about it - out in the country, not next to any highways, takes you forever to get anywhere - I love it. I love where I live.
This is our house a few months after we moved in. On the outside it doesn't look all that different today. If you want the rundown - it's a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house with a full unfinished basement, cathedral ceilings, 2 car-garage, nice fenced backyard, and upstairs laundry room. Typical house really.
The inside we have made a LOT of changes, and it really took looking at the old pictures for me to see how much things have changed. This was the way the old owners had the living room:

Pretty different! That's just a sample of the change - I could do many MANY before and after photos. Maybe someday I will do a few more. :)
Anyway, that's our house. Our neighborhood is the perfect fit for us as well. We were looking for a place where "everyone knows your name", and we found it. People here were so welcoming form the get-go. Love, LOVE our neighbors!!

This is a sweet post, and I like the before/after pics. You two have really made your home even more beautiful! You should post some before/after pics of your hardwood floors! So pretty... :)
